Creed III brought in $58.6 million over the weekend, making it the highest netting debut for a sports film in history. Additionally, it was the highest net for any of the three films in the series. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania came in second with $12 million and Cocaine Bear was just behind with $11 million.

“Queen Radio” is back on the airwaves. The Apple Music original returned to the platform after a quick detour to Amazon Music last season, and Nicki Minaj celebrated the return with some major news. The rapper announced that she is launching her own label. However, she’s keeping the name under wraps for the time being. The lineup includes four emerging artists: Nina Fofie, Skeng, Rico Danna, and London Hill.

Spike Lee received a lifetime achievement award at the Writers Guild of America Awards in New York City on Sunday night. However, while he was on the stage, he took a moment to check the score and broke out into a refrain of “Boston sucks!” He concluded his comments, saying, “Writing is no joke, as you know .. This sh-t ain’t easy. So … let’s hope the Knicks win in overtime. Thank you.”

Max Verstappen is picking up the 2023 F1 season right where he left off. The Red Bull Racing driver took home his first win of the season at the Bahrain Grand Prix, edging out his teammate Sergio Pérez. The next stop on the season tour is in Saudi Arabia on March 19th.
